Main principle:

During the operation of the oil press, the treated oil enters the press chamber from the hopper. The material embryo is continuously pushed inward by the rotation of the pressing screw to press. Because the material embryo is in motion in the press chamber of the oil press, under the condition of high pressure in the press chamber, there is a great friction resistance between the material embryo and the press screw, between the material embryo and the press chamber, which can cause friction between the material embryo and micro material and cause relative motion. On the other hand, because the root diameter of the press screw is gradually thickened and the screw pitch is gradually reduced, when the press screw rotates, the thread exerts great force, and the material embryo can move forward and turn outward. At the same time, the material layer close to the thread surface of the press screw also rotates with the press shaft. In this way, each embryo particle in the press chamber does not move at the same speed and in the same direction, but there is also relative movement between the particles. The heat generated by friction meets the heat necessary for the operation of the oil pressing process, helps to promote the thermal denaturation of protein in the material embryo, destroys the colloid, increases the plasticity, reduces some viscosity, and is easy to precipitate oil. Therefore, the oil output rate of the oil press is improved, so that the oil pressure in the material is squeezed out and flows out from the circular row gap and strip row gap.
