Structure composition of vibrating screen:




The circular vibrating screen machine is mainly composed of screen box, screen, vibrator, vibration damping spring device, underframe, etc. Cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter and eccentric block are used to adjust the amplitude. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box, and the motor drives the rotation through the triangular belt to generate centrifugal inertia force and force the screen box to vibrate. The side plate of the screen machine is made of steel plate, and the side plate is connected with the beam and the exciter base with high-strength bolts or ring groove rivets. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box, and the motor drives the rotation through the coupling to generate centrifugal inertia force, forcing the screen to vibrate.

During the working process, the operation of the screening machine should be observed frequently. If abnormal movement or abnormal sound is found, the machine should be shut down in time for inspection, find out the cause and eliminate the fault




Working principle of circular vibrating screen:




The motor makes the eccentric block of the exciter rotate at a high speed through the V-belt. The running eccentric shaft generates a great centrifugal force, which excites the screen box to produce a certain amplitude of circular motion. The materials on the screen are subjected to the impulse transmitted by the screen box on the inclined screen surface to produce a continuous throwing motion. In the process of meeting the materials with the screen surface, the particles smaller than the screen hole are sieved through, so as to realize classification.




Working principle of linear vibrating screen:




The linear vibrating screen is driven by double vibrating motors. When the two vibrating motors rotate synchronously and reversely, the exciting force generated by the eccentric block counteracts each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and overlaps into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion track of the screen is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle with respect to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the exciting force and the self gravity of the material, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and moves forward in a jumping straight line, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading the material. It can be used to realize automatic operation in the assembly line. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, and fully enclosed structure without dust overflow.
