Installation and use of oil press: 1. Structure

1. The automatic control part consists of an air switch, an AC contactor, a temperature controller, and an automatic circuit safety device.

2. The heat press parts are composed of heater, pressing bolt, bead and body assembly.

3. The transmission part consists of main beam, gearbox, pulley and motor.

4. The adjustment part consists of adjustment screw, adjustment nut, handle and lock nut.

5. The vacuum oil filter part consists of a vacuum pump and an oil filter pipe.

2. Installation

1. After the oil press is installed, leave enough space around for the staff to operate.

2. First place the machine horizontally in a stable position, then adjust the oil filter barrel to a horizontal state, and then install the two suction pipes drawn from the air storage cylinder on the sealing ring and connect them to the two filter cartridges respectively exhaust connection. On the joint, tighten it with a wrench and no leakage is allowed.

1. Please read the manual carefully before use to be familiar with the performance and operation of the machine.

2. A comprehensive inspection should be carried out before starting the machine. The fasteners must not be loose; the handle should be rotated flexibly; the pulley should be turned by hand, all moving parts should be normal, and there should be no abnormal sound. Then add No. 20 oil to the gearbox until the oil level reaches the center of the pinion shaft below the gearbox.

3. Loosen the lock nut, turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise to make the conical surface of the pressing bolt close to the conical surface of the oil cake outlet, then turn the adjusting screw 3-4 turns clockwise, leaving a space of 2-3 mm between the oil cake head and the oil cake between exports. Then tighten the jam nut before turning on the machine.

4. Open the electric box door and connect the three live wires of the power cord to terminals L1, L2 and L3 respectively. The neutral wire is connected to terminal N and the mains air switch is turned on (to the position of the connector). Then the machine power is turned on.

5. According to the oil, adjust the thermometer (3) to adjust the required temperature to 120-200℃. Turn the main heating switch (6) to heat the machine; then on the thermal imager, the green light is on and the red light is off, when the temperature rises to the set temperature, the red light is on and the green light is off. The machine temperature is automatically controlled and maintained at the set temperature of 120-200°C. When the temperature is low in winter, turn on the heating switch (5) to heat the oil reservoir to facilitate the flow of oil.

6. Press the main engine forward button (7), the main engine starts to run, and the screw shaft should rotate counterclockwise. If the direction of rotation is incorrect, adjust the power input connector.

7. After the new oil press is installed, it can start to work. The method is to slowly feed the pressed oil cake from the hopper and press repeatedly to make the barrel screw smooth and the oil cake to be formed smoothly.

Four. Operation

1. Oil pretreatment: The oil should be dried and air-selected before oil extraction, so that the moisture content does not exceed 12% and the impurities do not exceed 0.5%. It should be noted that many users ignore the necessary pretreatment process of oil concentration, and think that it is optional. Dinas will accelerate the wear of parts, which will not only affect the normal operation of the oil press, but also greatly shorten the service life of the oil pressing screw, oil pressing rod and oil cake outlet. If the oil is mixed with hard objects such as metal blocks, it will immediately damage the press screw. Therefore, special attention should be paid to oil enrichment, which may be more effective.

2. Stir fry the seeds. Although this machine is suitable for cold pressing, the productivity and output of hot pressing are higher than those of cold pressing. After the rapeseed is roasted, fry it over high heat until the rapeseed is hot and it makes a popping sound. then switch

Fry the canola seeds over low heat until they split open. Do not add water during frying. When pressing, the temperature of rapeseed should be 120-130℃, and the moisture should be about 1.5%.

3. When the oil is pressed normally, the feed should be kept uniform, the operation should be stable, and the sound should be rhythmic. The thickness of the oil cake is usually controlled at 1-2mm, and it is smoothly formed in the shape of a broken tile, thick inside and smooth outside, brown-red, and the oil passage is smooth. The low pressure section is basically free of slag, and there is a small amount of oil residue in the high pressure section. The hot oil cake must be spread out in time to avoid spontaneous combustion.

4. When the pressure oil flows into the filter cartridge, seal the filter cloth tightly, press the vacuum pump button 11 to start the pump, the air in the filter cartridge is drawn out, a negative pressure is formed in the drum, and the oil on the filter cloth naturally flows into the oil filter tank. The sludge is isolated on the filter cloth. After the pressing is completed and the oil stains on the filter cloth are discharged, stop the vacuum pump and open the exhaust valves 3 and 4 on the filter cartridge. Scrape off the dry residue formed on the oil filter cloth with a scraper, and discharge pure and impurity-free oil from the bottom valve of the oil filter barrel.

5. Before stopping, stop feeding. At the same time, adjust the gap between the end of the oil cake and the outlet of the oil cake, and then put in a small amount of oil cake crumbs until the remaining oil in the barrel is exhausted, and there is no oil cake flowing out of the oil cake outlet. Then press the stop button on the console. After stopping, turn the adjusting screw 1-3 turns clockwise, then disconnect the power 8.
