Working principle of carbonization furnace

1. Open a small air vent at the bottom of the carbonization furnace, and pay attention to controlling the number of air inlets to ensure that the sealing of the carbonization furnace is not affected;

2. Keep the air at the bottom of the carbonization furnace unblocked. The number of open air inlets for carbonization furnaces of different specifications is different, which is controlled through the air inlet;

3. Put the prepared firewood or fuel rod into the combustion chamber at the side of the carbonization furnace in any heating mode;

4. Ignite the raw materials in the combustion chamber to maintain combustion;

5. After the combustion chamber is burned, seal it. Pay attention to the opening leading to the smoke outlet inside the carbonization furnace. The diameter is about 10 cm. This opening can be connected with the smoke treatment measures to deal with the smoke generated during carbon burning;

6. Pay attention to the situation of smoke. When blue smoke appears, the charcoal in the kiln starts to burn. At this time, the combustion chamber and vent hole should be closed to ensure that no air enters the whole charcoal kiln. At this time, the charcoal carbonization period begins;

7. After a certain period of time, the charred charcoal can be discharged after being poured with water for cooling.
