3、 Overall carbonization stage. The temperature at this stage is 300-650 ℃. In this stage, thermal analysis of wood materials is carried out rapidly, and a large number of liquid products such as acetic acid, methanol and wood tar are produced. In addition, methane, ethylene and other combustible gases are also produced for combustion in the furnace. Thermal analysis and wood burning produce a lot of heat, which increases the furnace temperature, and wood materials are carbonized at high temperatures.
