Working principle of ball pressing machine

This series of ball pressing machines transfers power to two pressure rollers simultaneously through a speed reducer and rotates the two pressure rollers in opposite directions. During the rotation of the two pressure rollers, materials naturally enter the ball mold on the pressure roller. As the pressure roller rotates, the pressure borne by the material decreases and increases. When the material rotates to the line contact point of the two rollers, the pressure borne by the material has reached a peak. Under the action of huge linear pressure, the material changes from powder to finished ball.

After 30 years of dedicated research and development, our company has developed a four roller press with good performance based on the original two roller press. The working principle of the four roller machine is that two auxiliary rollers press the material in advance in the form of an assembly line, laying a solid foundation for the ceramic compaction of the finished ball. After feeding and secondary pressurization through the main roller, the pressure on the material from the ball pressing machine is multiplied, and the pressed finished ball becomes more solid. The result is twice the result with half the effort. This machine has a very obvious effect on relatively loose materials such as coke powder, iron oxide scale, dust removal powder and sludge.
