1、 Safety requirements for the use of tiger head scissors:

①. When cutting the rolled piece, the cutting edge should move together with the moving rolled piece, that is, the cutting edge should simultaneously complete cutting, moving actions, and the instantaneous indexing speed v of the cutting edge. The direction of movement of the rolled piece should be such that the movement speed v0 of the rolled piece is equal to or greater than 2% to 3%, i.e. v=(1-1.03, v0). When cutting a rolled piece, if the instantaneous speed v of the cutting edge in the direction of movement of the rolled piece is less than the movement speed v0 of the rolled piece, the cutting edge will hinder the movement of the rolled piece, which will lead to bending of the rolled piece and even cause rolling failure of the rolled piece.

On the contrary, if the instantaneous speed v of the cutting edge in the direction of movement of the rolled piece is much greater than the movement speed v0 of the rolled piece during the shear process, large tensile stress will be generated in the rolled piece, which will affect the shear quality of the rolled piece and increase the impact load of the coal mining machine.

②. According to different product specifications and user requirements, various specifications and lengths should be cut on the same cutting machine, and the length tolerance and shear section quality should comply with relevant regulations.

③. It can meet the production rate requirements of rolling mills or units.

2、 Maintenance cycle of tiger head scissors:

①. Once a week, remove any debris or debris from the hydraulic packaging machine.

②. Once a month, clean and lubricate the upper skateboard, middle knife, and front top knife.

③. Once a week, add a suitable drop of lubricating oil to the surface of the cam and the connecting shaft core of the upper extension.

④. Once a year, replenish the oil in the gearbox of the gearbox.

⑤. It must be noted that several parts must not be oiled: feeding and returning rollers, all belts, slip plates and their surroundings, and electromagnetic clutch.

⑥. Do not add too much oil every time you refuel to avoid malfunction of the microswitch due to oil immersion.
