Performance characteristics of metal packaging machines

 Performance characteristics:

1. All models are hydraulic driven and can be manually or PLC automatically controlled.

2. The discharge form can be selected from methods such as flipping the bag, pushing the bag forward, pushing the bag sideways, or manually picking up the bag (carrying the bag).

3. Diesel engines can be used for installation in areas where there is no need for foot screws or power supply.

4. There are six levels of extrusion pressure from 100 tons to 600 tons, and production efficiency ranges from 1 ton to 60 tons per hour.

5. All components are hydraulically driven, ensuring smooth operation; The packaging pressure is high, the bundle is tight, and the packaging efficiency is high.

6. The size of the compression chamber (i.e. the size of the material box) and the shape and size of the packaging block can be customized according to user requirements.

7. Adopting a rotating cover structure, the material box has a large opening area, making it particularly convenient for feeding large, empty, and thin materials;

8. Block metal materials are easier to store compared to metals, which can save a lot of warehouse space.
