The working principle is mainly based on the basic principle of using a hammer to strike. Under the drive of a high-speed and high torque motor, the hammer heads on the rotor of the main engine take turns to strike the object to be crushed that enters the chamber. Through the space formed between the lining plate and the hammer head, the object to be crushed is torn into pieces that meet the specifications. ‌

The structure of the metal crusher includes the main body shell, which is made of steel plate and lined with high manganese cast steel parts to protect the outer body. At the rotor part of the main engine, a disc type fastening rotating mechanism is used. Several steel discs are installed on the rotor, with pin shafts distributed around the circumference of the steel discs and hammer heads suspended in the axial direction for striking and crushing materials. The spindle is supported by ball bearings and cooled by forced lubrication through circulating oil. It is also equipped with temperature sensors to ensure high-speed and stable operation of the equipment. By coordinating the above casing with the spindle, the crushing operation of scrap steel is completed.photobank - 2024-08-23T102543.649(1).png

A metal crusher can crush various scrap metals, such as cans, cola cans, paint buckets, scrap thin iron sheets, scrap iron slag, etc., into clustered particles, thereby reducing transportation costs and improving the speed of scrap iron being put into the furnace for ironmaking. This equipment plays an important role in the fine crushing processing of waste metals, and through fine crushing processing, it can achieve good results in the recycling of waste metals
