How to use a small copper rice machine

When using a small copper rice machine, it is important to pay attention to the following key steps and precautions:

Feeding control: The feeding amount should be controlled at around 50% of the machine's output, and the output should be gradually increased after 3 hours of continuous production, with a 10% increase in output every 3 hours as the standard, to avoid full load feeding at the beginning.

Lubrication maintenance: Each operating part of the copper rice machine should be lubricated with new grease every 40 hours of operation, and the crusher bearings should be lubricated with new grease every 8 hours of operation. It is recommended to use 3 # calcium based grease 1.

Raw material classification: Copper wire and aluminum wire should not be mixed together, and the diameter of each batch of broken raw materials should be consistent to avoid affecting the sorting efficiency.

Adjust the fan and vibration motor: The speed and frequency of the frequency converter of the lower blower fan should be initially adjusted to between 35-40Hz, and the speed and frequency of the vibration sorting motor frequency converter should be initially adjusted to between 28-35Hz. These values should be increased or decreased by 1 according to the sorting situation.

Dust removal air volume adjustment: The initial value of the dust removal and exhaust air volume before and after the copper meter machine should be adjusted to the middle position of the adjustment range, and this value should be increased or decreased by 1 according to the discharge situation.

Site preparation: Choose a flat site. If the ground is uneven, it will cause equipment vibration, which is not conducive to copper plastic sorting and will affect the sorting efficiency.

Power and equipment inspection: After connecting the power to the distribution cabinet, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment for any problems, such as loose bolts, and observe whether the motor direction is correct.

No load test: Before starting the equipment, it should be run without load for 20-35 minutes to observe the operation of each machine, especially whether the belt of the feeding conveyor deviates, and adjust it in a timely manner.

Start up sequence: When starting up, the equipment should be started in the order from the discharge tail to the feeding part, including starting the water pump, rear dust removal fan, front dust removal fan, vibrating screen, lower blowing fan, vibrating sorting motor, feeding conveyor, and crusher 2.

Following these steps and precautions can ensure the effective and safe operation of small copper rice machines, while improving production efficiency and sorting quality.
