Operation process of waste paper baler

The operation process of the waste paper baler mainly includes the following steps:

Startup: First, check if there are any abnormalities in the appearance of the device, if there are any safety hazards around it, and confirm if there are sufficient iron or plastic ropes. Then, turn on the main air switch of the distribution box, press the emergency stop button, and the power indicator light of the electrical control box will light up

Select remote control or local control: Insert the magnetic switch on the remote control into the card slot, press the system start button on the remote control twice, the alarm will sound for 10 seconds, and the device is ready to run

Add waste paper: Press the start button of the conveyor belt on the remote control, the conveyor belt will run, push the paper or other materials into the feeding port, and the conveyor belt will bring the materials into the packaging entrance

Compression and bundling: After the paper or other materials arrive at the position, press the compression button on the remote control, the red light will flash, and the pressing head will automatically retract and stop when pressed in place. Repeat this operation until the desired packaging length is reached

Thread threading and knotting: Press and hold the bundling button on the remote control, the equipment will automatically start, and the press head will stop when it reaches the front bundling position. Then press the threading button on the remote control, and the threading machine will automatically thread the iron wire or plastic rope, tie the knot, and cut it off

Push out the package block: Press the door cylinder button on the remote control to open the small door, press the main cylinder forward button, and the main cylinder will move forward to push out the package block. After the master cylinder has advanced to the desired position, turn back the manual valve of the master cylinder and return it to its initial position

Turn off the device: Close the small door, turn back the lock cylinder, push the oil cylinder to lock the small door, and start the next working cycle. After completing the work, press the remote control system stop button, remove the magnetic switch, press the emergency stop switch on the electrical control box, and turn off the main power supply

Attention:

During the feeding process, it is important to ensure that the materials are placed parallel and evenly to prevent machine damage caused by tilting when the pressure plate is pressed down

During use, avoid overpressure. The new hydraulic baler has a break in period of about 3 months. Do not overpressure during the break in period to avoid shortening the service life of the equipment

Operators should stand in a safe position to avoid accidents caused by the external thrust generated by materials during machine startup
