Continuous carbonization furnace is a device used to convert biomass raw materials into high-quality carbon powder. The working principle of a continuous carbonization furnace is to place biomass raw materials in a closed carbonization chamber and heat them to gradually convert them into carbon powder. Specifically, a continuous carbonization furnace is a horizontal drum carbonization furnace with a double-layer cylinder body, divided into an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder. There are guide vanes on the cylinder, and raw materials such as wood chips are not pre loaded into the furnace. Instead, the carbonization furnace is preheated to the carbonization temperature, and then the equipment starts up, and feeding begins after startup. After entering the carbonization furnace, the sawdust rotates with the main furnace and moves from the feed inlet to the carbon outlet under the action of the guide vanes, gradually completing carbonization during the movement process. The residence time in the main furnace is generally 30 minutes, and there is a cooling device at the carbon outlet. The carbon is cooled during the process of exiting the carbon outlet and will not encounter air reignition. After the continuous carbonization furnace is started, it can run for 5-6 days and continuously feed and discharge carbon for 24 hours.

Continuous carbonization furnace has the characteristics of efficient continuous production, energy conservation and environmental protection, stable product quality, high degree of automation, and strong adaptability. It can achieve continuous feeding of raw materials and continuous discharge of carbon products, improve production efficiency, reduce energy loss and time waste. The equipment is equipped with an automated control system that can accurately regulate parameters such as temperature, pressure, and gas flow inside the furnace, ensuring a stable and efficient carbonization process. In addition, the continuous carbonization furnace also adopts a flue gas purification system, which can effectively treat the harmful gases generated during the carbonization process, and greatly reduce environmental pollution by recovering heat through combustion or further purifying the emissions. The furnace body and e-liquid condensation device adopt insulation structure to prevent the outer layer temperature of the furnace from being too high. At the same time, a temperature measuring device is installed to ensure the uniform and sufficient carbonization process.
