Working principle of carbonization furnace

The horizontal carbonization furnace is designed according to the principle of earth kiln. The carbonization furnace itself is made of steel, and there is a thick layer of insulation material in the middle to prevent the temperature from running off too quickly. However, the carbonization furnace usually has the highest carbonization temperature, which is above 600 degrees, and cannot be used for high-temperature carbon firing. Therefore, the charcoal fired by the horizontal carbonization furnace is usually only medium and low temperature charcoal. The carbon content of the charcoal produced by the horizontal carbonization furnace is more than 75%, and the carbonization time of the carbonization furnace is shortened, unlike the earth kiln, which takes about a week to produce carbon. Of course, this needs to be determined according to the size of the output required by the customer. In terms of technology, the operation is also very simple, and it is not as difficult to master as the technology of the earth kiln.  Therefore, the charcoal fired by the horizontal carbonization furnace is not high temperature carbon, but medium and low temperature carbon.
