Carbonization furnace

Continuous carbonization furnace is a series of charcoal machine equipment with high carbonization rate, which carries out dry distillation and oxygen free carbonization of carbon containing wood materials (granular materials with a volume of less than 15mm) such as sawdust, rice husk, peanut shell, plant straw and bark under the condition of high temperature in the furnace.

The continuous carbonization furnace adopts the advanced technology of recovery, purification and cyclic combustion of combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane and oxygen produced in the carbonization process of materials. The flue gas produced in the carbonization process is sprayed, cooled and purified to make the combustible gas produced for secondary combustion. In this way, the heat generated by the self is used to burn the self, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving. Moreover, after the flue gas in this process is purified in the pipeline, there is no flue gas in the production environment, which is environmentally friendly and meets the national exhaust standard.
