Due to the bad working environment of double shaft shredder, emergencies often occur in production and use. In case of a sudden power failure of the double shaft shredder, we should keep calm and do not repair blindly.

1、 In case of sudden shutdown accident, the power supply must be cut off immediately to avoid other accidents in operation and production.

2、 Check whether the discharge port is blocked. The operator must use it in strict accordance with the operation manual. Do not blindly feed the shredder in order to catch up with the work, so as to avoid exceeding the bearing capacity of the machine. In case of material blockage, stop the machine in time to remove the blockage at the discharge port of the double shaft shredder to ensure smooth discharge.

3、 Check the parts frequently: when the machine is working normally, check the machine parts frequently, such as the tightness of the triangular belt, the wear and heating of the bearing, the wear of the cutting tool, whether the line is aging and broken, etc.

4、 Cut off the power supply immediately when the voltage is too low: the power supply voltage in the working environment is too low, so that the host does not have enough power to break when encountering large materials. Check whether the power supply is normal, and adjust the 

voltage in the workplace to make it meet the voltage requirements of the equipment.
