Daily operation, maintenance and service of screw oil press

1. Under normal operation, each type of screw oil press has its own suitable blank pressing water and temperature for different materials. It should be followed during production and adjusted appropriately according to the actual situation on site.

2. The feeding of the screw oil press shall be as uniform as possible to prevent the sudden increase and decrease of materials, resulting in unstable operation of the press and uncontrollable current.

3. During the operation of the screw oil press, the load of the motor, the feeding and cake discharging conditions, the oil and slag discharging conditions, the noise of the press and the conditions of each lubrication point shall be checked frequently.

① If the moisture content of the pressed blank is too low, the following phenomena may occur:

A. The cake is broken and does not form, and the color becomes darker.

B. The motor load continues to be high.

C. The main oil outlet position moves to the cake outlet end, the oil outlet decreases, and the oil color is dark brown.

If the above phenomena last for a long time, major accidents may occur, and the feed volume must be reduced quickly; Get in touch with the previous steaming and frying section to reduce the steam pressure of the interlayer of the steaming and frying pan; Add direct steam to the steam frying pan and auxiliary steam frying pan (if equipped); Adjust the moisture content of the blank to the normal level; If necessary, add some water or green billet into the auxiliary steaming pan (if equipped) or feeding auger, and adjust it after the load decreases * * normal.

② If the temperature of the pressed blank is low and the water content is high, the following phenomena may occur:

A. The feeding amount is significantly reduced or not fed.

B. The cake is loose and soft, with much water vapor. The surface of the cake is oily, and the cake is large and not broken.

C. The motor load is reduced.

D. The oil output decreases, the slag output increases, the oil turns white and foams, and the main oil output position moves to the feed end.

In case of the above situation, contact the previous steaming and frying section in time, close the discharge door of the steaming and frying pan, gradually increase the steam pressure of the interlayer of the steaming and frying pan, and prolong the storage time of the blank in the steaming and frying pan. If there is an auxiliary steaming and frying pan device on the screw oil press, the outlet of the auxiliary steaming and frying pan shall be closed at the same time, and the material shall be fed again after the moisture meets the requirements. Make the screw oil press work gradually back to normal.

Safety precautions for oil press

Wear anti scald gloves during operation.

When repairing the machine, cut off the main power supply, lock and hang warning signs.

After shutdown, all materials in the press shall be cleaned and disinfected in time to ensure the cleanliness of the press.

When the oil press works normally, the temperature of the press cage is relatively high and should not be touched to avoid scalding.

The steamer shall be insulated with an insulating layer, and the surface temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃
