Safety operation procedures

1. The equipment shall be operated by designated personnel, and other personnel shall not use it arbitrarily without training.

2. Before start-up, check whether all parts are normal and whether the fasteners are firm.

3. It is forbidden to cut non annealed steel parts, cast iron parts, soft metal parts, too thin workpieces, workpieces with a length of less than 100mm and workpieces exceeding the length of scissors.

4. During operation, the human body is not allowed to get close to the transmission part and knife edge of the equipment, and pay attention to the safety of the surrounding personnel to prevent material warping from hurting people. When cutting, try to cut the material close to the inside of the knife. When cutting short materials, hand-held workpieces shall not be used for feeding, but clamps shall be used for feeding.

5. During the operation of the equipment, the operator shall not leave the post without authorization. When the work is completed or temporarily left the post, the power supply shall be cut off. At the same time, the machine shall not be repaired or touch the moving parts with hands. It is strictly prohibited to press the materials in the material box with hands or feet.
