Working principle: the peanut fruit is fed manually and falls into the coarse grid first. Due to the rubbing force between the rotation of the tray and the concave plate of the fixed grid, the peanut shell is stripped, and the separated peanut kernel and shell fall through the grid at the same time. Then through the air duct, most of the peanut shell is blown out of the machine by the wind, while the peanut kernel and some of the peanut small fruits that have not been stripped fall into the specific gravity sorting screen. After re screening, the peanut kernel rises from the separation screen surface, The peanuts (small fruits) that have not been peeled flow into the gunny bag through the material outlet, and then flow down from the screen surface to the elevator through the material outlet, and then the elevator sends them to the fine grid for secondary shelling, and then the peanuts (small fruits) are sorted through the specific gravity branch screen to achieve full stripping.
