All working actions of the crocodile type hydraulic shear machine are controlled and output by the PLC according to the operator's working mode, which is highly reliable.

1: Starting the oil pump is a prerequisite for shearing action. The equipment must first start the hydraulic pump. Press the oil pump start button to start the hydraulic pump, and press the main stop button to turn off the oil pump. All shearing actions carried out by the hydraulic pump will stop. If there is no operation within 3 minutes after starting the hydraulic pump, the hydraulic pump motor will automatically stop.

2: The basic action modes are divided into three working modes: jog, single, and cycle.

3: Working mode knob to jog: jog mode, press the lifting button, the tool holder will lift, and the tool holder will lift; Lift the presser foot; Press the shear button, press the presser foot tightly, and the tool holder will move downwards. Release the button to cut and lift, and the tool holder will stop. This working method is mainly used for equipment maintenance, debugging, and adjusting the starting position of the tool holder during automatic circulation.

4: Start the hydraulic pump and operate it in a single shear mode. Press the shear down button, and the tool holder will perform a downward shear action. When it reaches the lower limit position of the tool holder factory, it will automatically return to the upper limit position and stop, completing a work cycle.

5: Start the hydraulic pump to put the tool holder in the upper limit position, cycle the cutting operation mode, press the shear down button, and the tool holder will perform the downward cutting action. After running to the lower limit position of the tool holder, it will automatically return to the upper limit position and continue to move downwards. Continue to cycle the cutting, and if you need to stop, just change the current working mode or press the main stop button.
