Usage of carbonization furnace:

After filling, close the furnace door, ignite the fuel in the ignition furnace, start the induced draft fan, close the upper fire door, open the lower fire door, adjust the smoke exhaust valve, and keep the flue unobstructed. If there is smoke, remove the ignition furnace. Secondly, timely control of temperature requires some production experience. Finally, carbonization is completed. After the temperature inside the furnace drops to 100 ℃, the furnace door can be opened. Prepare water in advance, and if there is any charcoal with sparks when removing it, immerse it in water.
