Safe operation of concrete mixer:

1. During the use of the mixer, it is necessary to strictly prevent sand, stones, and other debris from falling into the operating part of the machinery. When feeding, it is strictly prohibited to put your head or hands between the hopper and the frame to observe and probe the feeding situation.

2. After the upper hopper is raised, it is strictly prohibited for personnel to pass or stay under the hopper. When cleaning the material pit, the hopper must be securely fastened with a chain to avoid accidents if the braking mechanism fails. During the operation of the machine, it is prohibited to use hands, shovels, sticks, etc. to reach into the cylinder for pulling and picking materials.

3. During work, operators must stick to their positions, mix concrete according to the mix ratio given by the construction worker, and do not change the mix ratio arbitrarily. They should pay attention to the operation at all times. If there is any abnormal noise or problems are found, they should stop immediately, cut off the power supply, and carry out maintenance.

4. If it is necessary to enter the mixing drum, the power must be cut off, the fuse removed, and the electric switch box locked. There should be someone outside to monitor.

5. If there is a power outage or damage to the components during use, the power should be cut off, and all stored materials in the mixing drum should be cleared before the concrete sets, and the mixing drum should be washed clean.

6. When starting the machine, it is necessary to wear a safety helmet, safety shoes, and a mask, and not leave the work position. Irrelevant personnel are not allowed to operate on the operating platform.

7. After completion of work and daily work, the accumulated dust inside and outside the cylinder must be removed. There must be no accumulated water inside the material cylinder. The hopper should be firmly placed or fixed after each work, and can also be placed in the lowest position. It must not be suspended in mid air. After daily work, the power supply must be cut off.

8. Before using the concrete mixer, it is necessary to inspect, adjust, and perform daily maintenance on the power, transmission, mixing systems, inlet and outlet materials, clutch water distribution devices, and lubrication of all moving parts. Check if the tire pressure is 4.6kg/cm2, tighten the tire screws, and ensure that the four feet are in a horizontal state of stress. Adjust the position of the jumping roller, check the maintenance items every month, check whether the spring steel plate and U-shaped screw are loose, and whether the triangular tape and steel wire rope are excessively worn.

9. Keep the mixer and surrounding environment clean and tidy.
