Operation of Metal Packaging Machine

The operation process of the metal packaging machine:

1、 Fill in the waste material (note that the filling material should be moderate);

2、 Press down the operating rod of the cover opening cylinder with your hand, press the cover opening cylinder down, and press it into place (the contacts on both sides of the front side of the cover opening cylinder are stuck at the edge of the material bin);

3、 Press down on the operating rod of the main cylinder with your hand, push the rear main cylinder forward, and push it into place (there is a ruler on the side of the silo, and as the main cylinder moves, the ruler moves to the end point);

4、 After the main push cylinder is pushed into place, press down on the side cylinder operating rod by hand to push the side pressure cylinder into place (there is a ruler next to the side cylinder, and the ruler moves to the end point);

5、 After the side cylinder is pushed into place, the waste material in the silo has been compressed into blocks;

6、 Lift the operating lever of the cover opening cylinder by hand and lift the cover opening to the original position;

7、 Lift the operating rod of the main cylinder by hand and return the main push cylinder to its original position (the scale will then return to its original position);

8、 Lift the side cylinder operating rod by hand and return the side cylinder to its original position (the scale will then return to its original position);

9、 After returning the three pressure cylinders to their original positions, lift the operating rod of the bag flipping cylinder by hand, and flip the formed metal blocks out of the silo, where the workers lift them away;

10、 After removing the metal block, use your hand to press down on the flipping cylinder lever,

Return the bag flipping cylinder to its original position and proceed with the next packing block pressing;
