Something about the metal packaging machine

Safety operating procedures for metal packaging machines：

1. Before operation, it is necessary to wear work clothes, fasten the cuffs, and keep the hem of the shirt open. It is not allowed to wear, take off, change clothes, or wrap around the body near the running machine tool to prevent machine injuries. Wear a work hat, braids should be placed inside the hat, and no skirts or slippers should be worn;

2. Before starting the packaging machine, first start the equipment to idle for 1-3 minutes, and check whether the oil level in the oil tank is sufficient, whether the oil pump sound is normal, and whether there is leakage in the hydraulic unit, channels, joints, and pistons;

3. When flipping the bag, pull the handle of the cover cylinder to the return position and then push the flipping handle. The surrounding area of the bag flipping board should be cleaned in a timely manner every time the bag is flipped to prevent jamming;

4. When packaging, the operator must pay attention to the position and placement of the material, and close the box cover door on top before starting packaging;

5. When packaging, the hydraulic operating handle should be quickly pushed to the designated position to prevent valve blockage and insufficient hydraulic oil flow, which may cause motor overcurrent. For each action to operate properly, the valve handle needs to be restored to the neutral position;

6. When stopping the machine, the door cover should be closed, and then the motor should be stopped to cut off the power supply;

7. After packaging, all hydraulic rods must be retracted into the hydraulic cylinder to prevent dust from damaging the surface and causing oil leakage;

8. Regularly carry out maintenance work and immediately seek repair if there is any oil leakage in the oil pipe;

9. If any abnormalities are found, the operation should be immediately suspended and the original situation should be eliminated before proceeding;

10. After the box door is opened, it is strictly prohibited to operate it with the door to prevent accidents;

11. The oil in the oil tank must be strictly filtered and regularly maintained with sufficient oil volume. The oil tank should be cleaned and replaced every six months;

12. Each lubrication point of the equipment should be filled with lubricating oil at least once per shift as required, and the debris in the container should be cleaned once per shift;

13. When multiple people operate at the same time, the division of labor should be clear to avoid the danger of misoperation. Those who do not understand the main machine structure, performance, and operating procedures are not allowed to start the machine without authorization;

14. If there is an abnormal phenomenon in the machine, it should be stopped immediately. Do not look at the area where the oil is sprayed with your eyes, do not directly block it with your hands, and do not forcibly operate with illness;

15. When the machine is running and packaging, it is not allowed to repair or touch moving parts with hands. It is strictly prohibited to press materials inside the material box with hands or feet;

16. When adjusting springs, valves, and force gauges, experienced technicians must carry out the adjustment. If a pressure gauge is found to be faulty, it should be repaired or replaced immediately.
