1. Working principle of a screw oil press: In summary, the general process of oil extraction is due to the propulsion effect of the rotating screw shaft in the press chamber, which continuously reduces the volume of the press chamber space and produces a continuous pressing effect on the material. The basic process of squeezing and extracting oil is generally divided into three stages: the pre pressing (low-pressure) stage of the feed; Main pressing (high-pressure oil output) section; Cake drying (stabilizing) section.

2. The formation of chamber pressure includes:

① The reduction of the empty volume in the squeezing chamber forces the squeezing material to be compressed and form pressure. The variation law of axial shrinkage reflects the variation law of pressure to a certain extent;

② Narrow the gap of the pie circle and increase the reaction force on the squeezed material.

3. The feature of the spiral oil squeezing machine is a continuous oil squeezing equipment that uses the spiral shaft to rotate and push the billet inside the squeezing cage, while squeezing into cakes and squeezing out oil. Compared with "hydraulic press", its characteristics are: continuous production, large single machine processing capacity; Capable of adapting to various oils; Dynamic squeezing, friction heating, short pressing time, and high oil yield; The cake is thin and easy to crush; Low operational intensity. The disadvantage is relatively high energy consumption; Multiple consumables and high maintenance requirements for mechanical failures; The heat effect of Youbing (Deep-fried round and flat dough-cake) is relatively large.

4.Distribution of chamber pressure:

① The free volume V approximates the volume of the space contained between the outer surface of each lead of the spiral shaft and the inner surface of the press cage, called the "free volume" of that lead (single head thread forming pitch), obtained through geometric calculations.

② The compression ratio, also known as the "free volume ratio", refers to the ratio of the free volume corresponding to the adjacent two leads of the spiral axis, i.e. E1-2=V1/V2; The total compression ratio E, also known as the "oil press or chamber compression ratio," refers to the ratio of the empty volume of one lead at the feed end of the system to the empty volume of one lead at the cake outlet, which is E=Vj/Vch. Its value is required to be greater than the actual compression ratio En of the squeezed material, and should be the same for each lead.
