Understanding of Tiger Head Shearing Machine

Working principle of the tiger head shearing machine:

The shear machine is composed of a shear knife, a shear oil cylinder, a slider press knife, a lower blade seat, a press oil cylinder, etc. When the shear work is running, the hydraulic pump station (power output source) supplies oil to the press oil cylinder to push the slider press knife onto the lower blade seat, completing the fixed compression of the material. Then, the hydraulic pump station supplies oil to the shear oil cylinder to lower the shear knife and complete the shear step. After the shear is completed, the hydraulic pump station completes the return movement under the hydraulic oil reflux drive of the shear cylinder and the compression cylinder.
