operational principle：

The rotating impeller clamps in the raw coal from the feeding port and pushes the coal forward. The raw coal is gradually compressed, and the particles are tightly packed, while generating significant agitation and mixing. At this point, strong friction and shear occur between the raw coal particles, as well as between the particles and the blades and the cylinder. At the same time, under the action of heat generation, the temperature of the raw coal increases, the moisture and binder become more uniform, and the plasticity of the coal also greatly increases. After the control of the mold cone, the coal particles are compressed more tightly, and then pressed into the straight part of the mold, and the coal rod is formed by the machine.

The coal rod machine adopts a hard toothed reducer, which has a small volume and high bearing capacity. The impeller inside the coal rod extruder adopts a thickened blade design, and the impeller and lining plate inside the cylinder are made of wear-resistant precision casting material, with a lifespan increased by 4-5 times compared to ordinary materials; The coal rod outlet at the head of the machine is made of replaceable wear-resistant alloy steel, which is convenient for replacement. The machine head and cylinder are connected in a twisted manner, which can be opened during maintenance. It is convenient to replace the internal impeller and cylinder liner.

Installation and debugging：

1: Before installation, all components must be thoroughly cleaned to remove any rust that may have occurred during transportation or storage, and the components must be inspected for damage.

2: Pour concrete into the foundation according to the foundation drawing and leave screw holes. After the concrete solidifies, hang the coal rod machine on the concrete foundation, align the screw holes, and grout the secondary concrete. After the foundation screws solidify, use a level to calibrate the machine. Once the machine is stable, the machine can be tested.

Before testing the machine, lubricate each lubricating part with oil in a moderate amount. Check all bolts for looseness and tighten them. Inch the machine and observe for foreign objects or abnormal sounds. Only after everything is confirmed to be correct can the machine be started and operated. And check if the power direction is correct.

After the machine has been idle for 3-5 minutes and everything is normal, it can be put into trial production. The new machine should be fed evenly and with moderate dryness and humidity (usually containing 12% to 15% moisture).

Usage and Maintenance：

1: Before starting each shift, check whether each rotating part is flexible and there are no abnormal noises. The machine can be put into production after running for 2-3 minutes without any load.

2: The raw materials must be treated with a maximum particle size of less than 3mm. Water, adhesive, and curing agent must be added, and stirred and retted for 24 hours before use.

3: If there is a blockage in the feeding port, use wooden or bamboo strips to clear it, and avoid using metal rods.

4: The bearings of the rotating parts of the machine should be regularly injected with lubricating oil, and the temperature of the bearing parts should not exceed 60 degrees.

5: Stop feeding before stopping the machine, wait for the material in the cylinder to be squeezed out, then stop the machine, disassemble the machine head, clean it, and reinstall it for use after work.

6: In order not to overload the motor, it is recommended that the user install an ampere Voltmeter and adjust the blanking amount and water content according to the Ammeter.
