It can compress granular waste materials such as bamboo, wood, fruit shells, and straw (excluding rice straw and wheat straw) with a moisture content of less than 12% (length ≤ 5mm, diameter ≤ 3mm) into solid fuel rods with central holes through high-temperature and high-pressure processes without any binder.

Principle:

The rod making machine uses sawdust, crop straw (corn straw, soybean straw, sorghum straw, cotton straw, rapeseed straw, peanut seedlings, sunflower straw), rice husks, grass, shrub branches, bamboo and wood cuttings, feed heads, sugarcane bagasse, etc. as raw materials. After being crushed by a sawdust crusher, the loose raw materials are processed into hollow rods in a high-temperature and high-pressure zone under the action of a spiral thruster and a heating ring. This product has high density, small size, and good flammability, and can replace firewood and coal. Generally, the outer diameter of the product is 50-60mm, and the aperture is 15-20mm, in the form of hollow quadrangle or Hexagonal prism. It can also be made into spherical, granular and Yeontan shapes.
