Maintenance of carbonization furnace

Regular cleaning:

Internal cleaning: It is recommended to clean the interior of the carbonization furnace once a month, using tools such as shovels and brushes to remove ash and charcoal residue from the furnace. For continuous carbonization furnaces, special attention should be paid to cleaning components such as conveyor belts and screw propellers to prevent material accumulation and blockage.

External cleaning: Clean the furnace body once a month, wipe it with a cloth, and check if the insulation material is damaged. Repair or replace it in a timely manner.

Component inspection and maintenance:

Heating components: Check the electric heating wire for breakage or short circuit once a quarter. For carbonization furnaces heated by gas or oil, check whether the burner and fuel delivery pipeline are blocked or leaking.

Transmission components: Check the lubrication of transmission components once a month, replenish or replace lubricating oil in a timely manner, check whether the connection parts are loose, and replace severely worn components in a timely manner.

Temperature control system: Calibrate the temperature control system every six months to ensure that the temperature sensor accurately measures the temperature, and the controller can accurately adjust the heating power according to the set value.

Sealing inspection:

Check the sealing components of the furnace door, inlet, and outlet once every quarter to ensure good sealing and prevent air leakage from affecting the carbonization effect. At the same time, check whether there are cracks at the welding points of the furnace body and promptly repair the welding process.
