The structure of a metal strapping machine mainly includes the following parts:

Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system is the core power source of the metal baler, including high-performance oil pumps, oil cylinders, and control valve groups. Hydraulic oil is pressurized by an oil pump and delivered to various actuator cylinders, driving various parts of the equipment to complete a series of actions such as preloading, closing, compression, holding, and unloading.

Door cover device: The door cover is connected to the body through hydraulic hinges and can be quickly opened and closed. During the packaging process, the door cover can tightly adhere to the surface of the material, preventing it from scattering during compression and improving the efficiency and quality of packaging.

Binding system: responsible for fixing the compressed packaging blocks, usually using high-strength steel or plastic straps for wrapping and bundling, to ensure that the packaging blocks remain stable during subsequent handling and storage.112.png

Transmission system: including components such as motors, reducers, and camshafts, responsible for coordinating the various parts of the driving equipment.

Control device: used to control the start, stop, and coordination of various actions throughout the packaging process, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the equipment.

The structural differences of different types of metal strapping machines:

Small, medium, and large block presses: The main difference lies in the pressure level and applicable scenarios. Large compactors are typically used to process large amounts of metal waste, with higher compression forces and greater processing capabilities.

Vertical, horizontal, and side press: The structural differences are mainly reflected in the position and direction of the compression chamber, which are suitable for different working environments and material types.

Manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic briquetting machines: Depending on the degree of automation, fully automatic briquetting machines have higher production efficiency and lower labor intensity.
