Preparation before use

Check whether the machine is assembled correctly

Check whether the specific gravity ring is suitable

Check whether the brake (brake) is released.

Whether the rotating drum body is flexible and stuck.

Check whether the oil level in the oil tank is correct.

Check whether the recirculation system is normal.

Check the motor steering. Especially after the first start-up or maintenance of motor equipment.

operation

1. Start

(1) Start the separator. If the vibration of the machine is abnormal, stop it immediately and check the drum assembly.

(2) Restart the separator after all parts are normal. Due to the large inertia of the drum, the instantaneous load at the start of the motor will exceed the rated value a lot, and the current will increase rapidly. When the separator reaches the rated speed, the current will stabilize and be lower than the rated value of the motor. The whole startup process takes about 5 minutes. When the rotating speed meets the specified value in the main technical parameters of the separator, it indicates that the separator has reached full speed.

2. Separation

(1) Open the water seal valve and seal the water from the inlet to the outlet of the sewage.

(2) Slowly change the valve and add dirty oil into the drum.

(3) Adjust the waste oil inlet valve and adjust the appropriate treatment capacity.

(4) Adjust the outlet pressure of the purified oil to enter the normal separation state.

3. Shutdown

a. Close the heater and change the valve to make the waste oil enter the sedimentation oil tank through the recirculation system network.

b. Cut off the power supply. In order to stop the separator as soon as possible, use the brake (brake) after the speed drops to 1000 rpm. In order to avoid excessive wear of the friction plate, the drum speed is more than 1000 rpm, and the brake shall not be used as much as possible.

c. The drum must be cleaned after each work;

Note: do not loosen any fasteners on the machine before the drum stops completely.
