Steps for using the oil press:

1. Before use, we need to carefully read the user manual and master the performance characteristics and operating methods of the screw oil press.

2. Before starting the machine, a comprehensive inspection should be conducted to ensure that all fasteners are not loose.

3. The machine is connected to a three-phase four wire power supply. After the power is turned on, the spindle should rotate counterclockwise. Regardless of any situation, the machine must have a good grounding device, otherwise it cannot be started.

4. Press the main motor button (turn the main switch to the positive position) to start the main engine running, and the rotation direction should be counterclockwise.

5. After the installation of the new oil press, it will be grinded for 4-8 hours. During the grinding process, it is not necessary to use your hands to grasp the crops in the hopper.

6. During normal oil extraction, it is necessary to maintain uniform feeding and avoid excessive or insufficient feeding or idling.

7. During shutdown. Before stopping the machine, stop feeding and then add a small amount of cake crumbs. Wait until the remaining material in the pressing chamber is discharged and no more cake is discharged from the cake outlet before stopping the machine. After stopping the machine, turn the adjusting screw clockwise for 1-3 turns before disconnecting the power supply.
