1. Those who do not understand the structure, performance and operating procedures of the machine shall not start the machine without authorization.

2. Each lubricating part of the equipment shall be filled with lubricating oil at least once per shift as required.

3. The hydraulic oil added into the oil tank shall strictly use high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil, which must be strictly filtered, and sufficient oil volume shall be maintained frequently. If it is insufficient, the oil shall be filled immediately.

4. The oil tank shall be cleaned and replaced with new oil every six months, but the cleaning and filtering oil shall not exceed one month. The new oil used once is allowed to be reused after strict filtration.

5. In case of serious oil leakage or abnormal phenomena during work, stop the machine immediately, analyze the causes and eliminate the faults, and do not forcibly operate with faults.

6. During the operation or packing of the machine, it is not allowed to repair or touch the moving parts with hands. It is strictly prohibited to press the materials in the material box with hands or feet.

7. The adjustment of pump, valve and pressure gauge must be carried out by experienced technicians. If the pressure gauge is found to be faulty, it shall be checked or updated immediately.
