Working Principle

1.Equipment structure: The motor drives the reducer through the bevel gear to drive the rotor shear plate to rotate at low speed. This equipment is mainly composed of feed silo, broken double stick, power distribution control system, discharge conveyor and power drive;

2.Feeding silo: After entering the material, it is divided evenly in the space between the rotor shear plate and the stator shear plate. The material is shredded by the squeezing and shearing of the rotor shear plate and the stator shear plate. Discharge from the bottom of the shredder. Place the metal to be broken to prevent the metal from splashing out and causing failure when shredding;

3.Double crushing rollers: The double rollers are equipped with wear-resistant knives. After all the cutter heads are assembled, they form a spiral knife. After rotating, each cutter head is guaranteed to be evenly stressed. The double rollers are fastened to ensure that there is no large gap between the two roller cutter heads. , The metal is shredded by the scratching of the knife and the squeezing between the double sticks;
